Last Monday, when we went to SM City Taytay to shop around. If there's one thing that most girls would love to shop for, it would be shoes! So after shopping for a few shirts, we went straight to the ladies' shoes section of the department store.

My mom was looking for espadrille wedge sandals but the styles didn't appeal to her style. After hours of searching she found one from Parisian. It was the last pair and though it was not an espadrille she still wanted it since it looked nice, unfortunately it didn't fit her well. Good thing it was a perfect fit for me. :)

I'm guilty of having a shoe fetish (just like my dad haha!). :p But I'm not so much into of flats. I just have a few pairs of flats, plus a few pairs of flip flops. I'm more into shoes with at least 3-inch heels. :) So just imagine how my eyes sparkled when my mom told me to just take the sandals since it was the last pair yipee!

Got to enjoy some me-time last Friday while waiting for Mark. Went around the Gateway mall and ended up having this newest style from Havaianas:

Havaianas High Straps is LOVE!!! ♥♥♥

I usually go by myself to the salon to have my hair cut or my nails done. And whenever it's time to have my nails done, I would usually just have my toe nails done. I would also opt not to have my nails polished.

But this time was different. Just this afternoon, I had my finger and toe nails done, and polished too. :) Plus, I got to do it with my dear sister. :)

Gia also had her nails done. We chose the same color for the nail polish, but she opted to have nail art done on her nails. She chose the floral pattern.

After putting the maroon nail polish, a white nail polish was placed on a metal stencil. A rubber stamp was rubbed on the stencil which was then stamped on to each nail. It turned out really nice and neat.

I would have wanted to have it done on my nails too, but my nails were really small haha!

It has been 3 or 4 months since I last bought a Havaianas flip-flops. And as in my previous post, the last time that I bought one was purely unplanned. I also promised myself to take it easy on spending too much. :P But did I stick to what I promised? Well I guess you already know the answer! Hahaha!  Just last Christmas, I bought not just one, but two pairs! Hahaha!

I bought two pairs of the Havaianas Fit. ^_^ I just love how comfy the Havaianas Fit is.  I also love it's style. Unlike the Havaianas Slim and Top which are just like the usual flip-flops (and are not always allowed in offices even on wash days), the Fit comes with a strap and it would always go well with jeans, shorts, and even dresses. :)

Mark and I met up last Monday after work. We headed straight to Trinoma Mall because I needed to buy a dress for a friend's wedding. We were both hungry when we got to the mall, so we decided to have dinner first before we go shopping.

I was able to buy a black tube dress and Mark liked it, but he said that wearing black on a wedding seems to be not a good idea. We practically went to every dress shop, but I just couldn't find the right dress. It was getting late and I can sense that Mark is starting to get annoyed (just as how I get annoyed whenever we go to guy shops hehe), so I decided to buy shoes at Janylin instead (after all, I already got a red tube bubble dress at home and I think I can just wear that again haha!)

I've always wanted to buy shoes from Janylin, unfortunately their branches are at malls which are very far from my place.  And whenever I go to a Janylin branch, most of the time large sizes are all that's left or they have no stock of the style that I want.

Mark just found it so funny, and maybe weird I guess, at how I was supposed to buy a dress, but I ended up buying this instead:

I bought the red one to match my red dress. I really wanted to buy all the other colors but I just had to control myself at that time. Hmmm..a week's worth of being thrifty would be good enough I guess haha!

And then finally, we were off for home! Just imagine how relieved Mark was! Hahaha! We were supposed to ride the MRT on our way home, but I insisted that we just take a cab because I'm already tired. And guess what? Mark just couldn't help but laugh upon hearing my plea. He said that he really finds it really funny how I can endure hours and hours of shopping and yet I couldn't stand just a minute of walk to the train station. Hahaha! ;p

Mark, don't forget to mark your calendar for this weekend, ok? I still need to buy a red clutch and a few accessories. Haha! Don't worry, it won't take long this time, I promise! *hugs and kisses*

I felt so bad when my very first pair of Havaianas flip flops got broken. But even if one of my pairs got broken before, I really didn't have any plans of buying a new pair anytime soon, I swear!

But last Sunday, when I and Mark were about to get off the cab, my foot got caught somewhere under the passenger's seat, and when I pulled my foot, the strap of one of my sandals got cut off.

What happened that time left me with no choice but to finally give in! Haha! And before I knew it, I already got my newest pair! :D

You definitely are a welcome addition to these...

It's been a couple of years since we first met..and the moment I saw him I knew he was the right one. His good physique really turned me on, and at that very moment, there was really nothing in my mind but to have him.

Through the years he has always been there for me. Whichever path I've chosen to take, may it be bumpy roads, muddy, or smooth ones, he never seemed to get tired of being there for me.

I know that in time we'll have to take our separate ways and that I would have to live on my own. And yes, I have already prepared myself for that but everything seemed to have happened so fast!

Just last night, he has given up on me..all of which I thought would last forever has finally come to it's end..my gray slim metallic havaianas broke! The strap of my right flip flops got cut off..Nooooooo!!!!!



Hahaha! I know, I know, I'm over acting! :-P But honestly I really felt bad last night..haha! I really love this pair because it was my very first and I really love it when I'm wearing it at home and now it's broken..but I know I have to be strong..I have to move on..

I guess it's not that bad if I'll disregard my promise of not spending too much, for now hehe..It's been 3 months since I last bought havaianas flip flops anyway.. :-P

It was just an ordinary sunday afternoon..nothing special really..

I just got home from my bonding moment with Mark and his mom. A few minutes later my sister arrived from her review classes for the nursing boards. And then my mom suddenly came in after checking her plants.

Upon seeing us, my dad got really excited and immediately took a photo of us. He was amazed to see us, his 3 beautiful girls, in our statement tees! :-D

It was last November when I ordered a few pairs of Havaianas Fit from an online shop. I already settled the down payment and was expecting the pairs to arrive in time for Christmas. But Christmas and New Year passed, and I still haven't got the pairs. Until finally the ordered batch arrived, and unfortunately, my pairs were not included. Lucky me I was still able to get a refund.

I'd been seeing these pairs in malls, but unfortunately, there aren't any available size for me.. :( I really felt bad..but not for long. :)

Just this afternoon, I finally had it! The havaianas fit! Yipee! I bought three pairs, and got a super cutie havaianas bag for FREE! Wohoo! :D

I really love shopping!!! It's like my stress buster! :p It's the time when I get to escape from life's cruelty..hehe..

But I must admit, shopping itself can be really stressful especially when you consider the struggle that you will have to go through. To name a few, there is the traffic, the volume of people in malls, and the long hours of trying to figure out which item to buy. ;p Work and busy schedule also hinders me from doing my well-loved hobby. Lucky me there are a lot of online shops that cater to busy people like me.

I really got addicted to online shopping just a few months ago because of the ease that it brings. Through online shopping, I no longer have to worry about the stress that shopping in malls bring. With just one click, items will be shipped right in front of your doors.

But as the saying goes 'Life is not perfect', well yeah it is..and so is online shopping..haha! There are times wherein scams happen even in online stores. Good for me I still haven't experienced being scammed, and I hope I never will. :D
