Hi! My name is Kriska Marie. I was born and raised in the Philippines. I'm an IT Engineer by trade and a blogger by choice. :) I'm a Filipino expat blogger in Dubai. I write basically just about anything that tickles my fancy.
I started blogging during the Friendster years (yeah, that's our Facebook back then :p) until I finally made my own little happy place in the blogosphere.
I love my family and we enjoy dining out and having weekend feasts at home, plus I love to cook as well, so that's the bulk of what I have here in my blog. I also have a couple travel adventures and food trips with my family and with my forever food and travel buddy, Mark.
I decided to move to the U.A.E. on August 2015 and Dubai has been my second home since then. Being a novice in the expatriate life, I'm still at the period of adjustment.
But I must say that I enjoy discovering new places, cultures, traditions, people, and of course, the food here. And all of these experiences, I will try to share here in my little happy place. :)
