It’s easy to overlook sleep especially when you’re always on the go. You might have skimped on sleep here and there and still have a good workout, but try to not make that a habit.
Instead, try to get as much sleep as you can each night. The more sleep, the better your diet and training results will be. More sleep can help lead to more energy, better workouts, better recovery, better diet compliance, and a better mood!
