Replace Fruit Juice with Whole Fruit

Here’s a prime example of a good way to manipulate food volume, manage calories, and control hunger!
Fruit juices, in general, are a very popular breakfast option especially for people who are trying to lose fat. Some people even rely purely on juicing, hoping that it will help them lose those unwanted bulges.
While it’s possible to lose fat while drinking fruit juices, people who struggle with keeping their hunger under control tend to eat more during the day, which just leads to even more weight gain.
Whole fruits are a better option as they contain more fiber, take longer to eat due to the mechanical breakdown needed in order to digest them, and in general, offer a greater satiety; leaving you fuller for longer. So if you want to lose fat and keep your hunger under control, I suggest eating whole fruits instead (along with a balanced diet).
