I'd been trying to limit my intake of red meat and I'm not very much into fish, so my meal would always consist of boiled or grilled chicken and some boiled or steamed veggies. Yesterday's lunch was a notch higher than my usual meal, as it was from Reddy Roast!
I first got to try the traditional roasts from Reddy earlier this year. I fell in love with their beef and chicken roasts! I only got to taste a portion of their chicken from Reddy's Mixed Roast, so I made sure to indulge on it this time. Had the Reddy's Half 'Kiwi Tegel' Chicken for lunch at work yesterday. Delivery was on the dot as before.
I got the roasted half kiwi tegel chicken with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal veggies, sage and onion stuffing, and homemade gravy. The chicken had that fall-off-the-bone flavorful meat and equally delicious skin, just like before. Veggies were cooked just the way I like it, still maintaining that crunch; and the homemade gravy that came with it also seems to be yummier now.
The serving is generous it can be shared by two. It was way too much for me so I again took the rest home, which Mark took for lunch to work today. That's one less meal prep work again for me! Thank you, Reddy! :D
