I always prepare Mark's food. And unlike when you can just eat any ordinary food, preparing a healthy dish is, most of the time, more tedious. Good thing there's a nearby grocery store where I can usually get some grilled chicken. It has become one of my life savers. They're the next best healthy food option for Mark, especially in times when I can't cook.
I usually buy the BBQ Chicken or Tandoori Chicken flavors, as those are what Mark's palates approve of. I would just pop it in his lunch box together with rice and some ketchup and I'm all set.
It's also what I use when I need grilled chicken but don't want to go through all the hassle of cooking it. The tandoori chicken is what I'd usually use as it has more distinct flavors. I love making them into chicken wraps.
I'd usually just add the chicken with fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumber, with my homemade garlic yogurt sauce and wrap them in whole wheat tortilla. They're not just easy to make, but healthy and filling as well. Also perfect for health buffs like Mark! :p
