Today's Food Friday feature is Beef and Vegetable Hash by Jhules of The Not So Creative Cook.

It's a one pan dish with ground beef and mixed veggies spiced with just simple and few ingredients that is a Whole30 compliant dish. Other than being filling and delicious-looking, it's a healthy dish too!

Jhul's recipe uses ground beef and includes carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and spinach; but of course you can add your preferred veggies. I'm thinking of adding sweet potatoes and maybe I can also combine ground beef and ground chicken! Ah...yum! Go check it out HERE.
