I'd been baking for quite some time but it's just now that I realized that I haven't made fruit tarts yet. I've already bookmarked Zoe's recipe for future reference! Can't wait to bake again soon! :D

French patisserie tarts traditionally have a thin pastry filled with a creamy custard made with eggs and butter.
