Today's Food Friday feature is Irish Cream & Mint Iced Mocha by Carrie of Frugal Foodie Mama. Chocolates are my weakness! Just seeing the photo of the choco drink when I visited Carrie's site already got me drooling, but reading through the recipe even got me sold! While this innocent-looking mug may look like your good 'ol chocolate drink, it's actually infused with vodka making it an awesome cocktail drink!

Yes! Chocolate, mint, coffee, cream, and vodka—you just simply cannot go wrong with that flavor combo! :D While Carrie's recipe is perfect for a chill night out, you can also omit the vodka for that wholesome and refreshing chocolatey treat on hot summer day! Go check out her recipe HERE.
