Aside from chicken breasts being one of Mark's staples in his diet, whey protein is also a must for him. He'd just usually pop a couple of scoops of whey protein in his shaker and add some water, that's it.
Kinda boring, eh? So I thought of making it a little fun without compromising his protein needs. I got the inspo from one of my Instagram friends, Brooke (@explore.joy), and just tweaked the recipe a bit.
It's easy to make and has minimal ingredients. And since it's no-bake, there's little to no effort needed to prepare this healthy treat. You just have to use your hands to mix things together and then just pop it in the fridge to set.
It's protein rich, it's no-bake, and it's so yummy you want to eat them all right away! Perfect for some chocolate fix. Definitely a more fun way to enjoy whey protein!
