It's the time of the year again. A time to look back to the year that was. I hopped into the best nine Instagram craze last year, and it brought back a lot of memories, so I thought of making it a yearly thing. :D

More than anything, my 2016 was exciting! Bumps were of course inevitable, but everything was worthwhile. I was able to get through all of them with the help of the people around me. And so my #2016bestnine revolves around the very reasons who kept me going through the past year—my family and friends. :)

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of love, family, and friends! I couldn't be more thankful!

I got to spend time with people who matter the most; I got to meet people who I share the same interest and passion with and also found new friends in them; I got to spend a short but sweet vacation with my family back home; I got to celebrate my dad's birthday and the arrival of my cutie nephew; and Mark is now here with me in Dubai, we will be ending the year and welcoming the new year together! Yay!

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of love, family, and friends! I couldn't be more thankful! With all of them around, I am so ready to take on whatever 2017 has in store for me. So to you, 2017, go ahead, bring it on! :D

The fire of opportunities for me and for this blog also still kept on burning for the past year, which I owe a lot to you, my dear readers. And for that, I will forever be grateful! Thank you for being with me for the past year! I hope you'll never get tired of coming back. Cheers to more sweet nothings in 2017!
