Such as any other countries, Dubai has different social classes, starting from people with fair income all the way to ridiculously rich, and because of that, there are all types of restaurants that caters to each of those classes. So if you’re thinking about a restaurant, just make sure to target what type of audience and serve accordingly, and that means that whatever type of restaurant you’re going to be interested in, you have to give good service with attention to detail the higher you go with the scale.

3. Research and then More Research
Be ready to undertake an extensive research, studying the economy, behavior, how to spend your resources, and most importantly study the location carefully in order to pull people towards you.
