When Mark was still here in the Philippines, whenever we're together on Sundays, we make sure to spend time with the Lord and hear Sunday mass.
But being in a Muslim country and having only Fridays as their day of rest, Mark admittedly has not been able to do his Sunday obligations in Abu Dhabi as often as when he was still back home.
So I was very glad when Mark did what he had to do on the first Sunday after he came home. :)
He invited me out to attend an early morning Sunday mass at Santisimo Rosario Parish Church (UST Chapel) at the University of Santo Tomas.
I sneaked in to take some photo after the morning mass. :p
After the mass, since both of us haven't gone back to this place for years now, we decided to walk around the campus. :D
Mark seemed to have that tourist vibe in him that he had me take photos of him as we toured around. :p
He also got to have one of his favorites that he surely missed when he was abroad, our very own taho! :D
I'm glad that I got to spend that Sunday morning with Mark. It was just a feel-good morning.
It just feels nostalgic to be back to thank the Lord together and walk right where we first met more than 10 years ago. It somehow brought us back to our college years.
Yup, Mark and I were classmates in college and the university has been a witness to our love story. Hihi. ♥
