Kriska Cooks: Graham Refrigerated Cake: Peach Float

It's been a year since I last did a recipe post, so I decided to post another one.  I just hope I can do this more often. :p

Here's another recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth. :) The recipe and procedures are basically the same with the Graham Refrigerated Cake, but this time using peaches and adding in some cheddar cheese. :)

Graham Peach Float

Ingredients:
Honey Graham Crackers 2 cans 168ml Alaska Condensada

Crushed Grahams Honey

4 packs 250ml Nestle All-purpose Cream (chilled)

Canned Peach Halves, cut into thin slices 1 175g Kraft Eden Cheese, grated

1 8x8x4 inch pan

Preparation and Cooking Procedures:

In a bowl, combine the chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well.

Add in the grated cheese to the cream mixture.

Lay graham crackers in a pan. Fill the spaces with crushed grahams.

Add around 1/4 inch thick layer of the cream mixture on top of the grahams.  Add in the peaches and add another layer of the cream and cheese mixture.

Repeat stacking the grahams, cream and cheese mixture, and peaches until you reach the top of the pan.  Chill for around 30mins. Serve and enjoy!

We still had enough cream mixture and peaches and were still able to make a two-layer cake in a 7x4.5x2 inch microwavable container.

It was my friend Je who suggested putting peaches and in adding in some cheese.  And yes she was right, the cheese made the peach float a lot creamier and tastier! Such a delectable dessert! Also makes a perfect homemade birthday cake! :D
