Graham Refrigerated Cake
If you're always on the go but still want to serve luscious desserts for your family, this recipe would be a great treat. Graham refrigerated cake is very simple and easy to prepare. With preparation of just a short period of time and ingredients which are widely available, this will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. :)
Ingredients
- 2 200-gram packs Honey Graham Crackers
- 4 250-ml packs Nestle All-purpose Cream
- 2 168-ml cans Alaska Condensada
- 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 7x4.5x3 inch pan or microwavable container
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well.2. Lay graham crackers in a pan.3. Fill the spaces with crushed grahams.4. Add around 1/4 inch thick layer of the cream mixture on top of the grahams.5. Add in the fruits and add another layer of the cream mixture.6. Repeat stacking the grahams, cream mixture, and fruits until you reach the top of the pan.7. Pour in the rest of the cream mixture on top of the cake. You may choose to garnish the top with the fruit cocktail or crushed grahams.8. Chill for around 30mins. Serve and enjoy!
* I also tried doing Graham Peach Float using the same recipe, but using peaches instead of fruit cocktail, and added in some cheddar cheese. Other fruits may also be used like ripe mangoes, bananas, or any fruit that you wish. :)

Preparation and Cooking Procedures:
In a bowl, combine the chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well.
Lay graham crackers in a pan.
Fill the spaces with crushed grahams.
Add around 1/4 inch thick layer of the cream mixture on top of the grahams.
Add in the fruits and add another layer of the cream mixture.
Repeat stacking the grahams, cream mixture, and fruits until you reach the top of the pan.

ReplyDeleteYou should try mixing cheese with the condensed milk and cream mixture. Cream cheese is better but quite expensive so I use cheddar instead :p

ReplyDeletei melt marshmallows with evap milk on a pan. Then place it as topping with peaches. be sure to only use half can of condensed milk if you'll try this.

Deletehi, do u mix all the condensed into the all purpose cream? coz i make some and the cream is not that thick, so i dont know how condensed milk to mix. thanks
ReplyDeleteHi! Yup I mixed all 2 cans of the condensed milk with the 4 packs of all purpose cream. You can try chilling the all purpose cream first for it to thicken. If that still doesn't work, I think it's still okay as the mixture will set once refrigerated. I hope this helps. Thanks for dropping by! :)
